There is an increasing demand for doctor’s appointments. Patients who do not attend appointments or cancel at short notice deprive others of medical care.
You must notify us of your cancellation at least 2 hours before your appointment time necessary for a GP appointment and 24 hours prior notice for Allied health professionals to avoid the non-attendance fee of $40 (GP) and $50 (Allied health professionals).
If you cannot make the appointment, please ensure you cancel via your confirmation email to allow someone else to use that appointment or call reception.
