Did Not Attend fee (DNA)
There is an increasing demand for doctor’s appointments. Patients who do not attend appointments or cancel at short notice
deprive other people of medical care.
It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time necessary for a GP
appointment and 24 hours prior notice for Allied health professionals, to avoid the non-attendance fee of $40 (GP) and
$50 (Allied health professionals).
If you are unable to make the appointment, please ensure you cancel via your confirmation email to allow someone else to
use that appointment or call reception.
