To obtain your medical results, you are welcome to contact our practice for an enquiry. However, please note that in order to discuss your results in detail, you will need to schedule an appointment with your doctor. Our administrative staff are unable to provide or interpret results over the phone.

Non-Urgent Results
Once your doctor has reviewed your results, you will receive an SMS notification via HotDoc. If follow-up is required, our practice staff will contact you to arrange an appointment. In cases where we are unable to reach you by phone, we will send an email or letter with further instructions.

Updating Your Contact Details
To ensure timely communication, please make sure your contact details are up to date with us. If you prefer not to receive SMS notifications via HotDoc, please inform our staff, and we will arrange for you to be contacted by phone.

Important Notes:

  • If no follow-up action is necessary, our practice will not contact you.
  • If you have not received communication regarding your results within 2-3 days, we recommend that you contact us. Delays may occur due to IT issues, incorrect contact details, or delays from our pathology provider.
  • It is your responsibility to follow up on your results and schedule an appointment with your doctor if needed.

Receiving SMS Notifications
To ensure you receive all important SMS communications, including results, recalls, and reminders, please ensure that your HotDoc SMS notifications are enabled. If SMS notifications are disabled, you may miss vital messages. If you prefer, we can arrange for you to be contacted by phone instead.

If you have any concerns or have not received your results within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter and ensure the appropriate follow-up.
