She is Pilates trained (APPI Equipment and Matwork) and can provide personalised rehabilitation programs through Pilates, Acupuncture and traditional physiotherapy methods.
She believes in treating people with a mutli-disciplary approach and will provide ongoing assessments to find root causes of your pain and help you prevent further injury.
Mrs. Nicola Rothera
She provides a great range of services for feet and lower limbs including: foot pain management, general skin and toenail care, nail avulsion surgery for ingrown toenails, wart curettage surgery, diabetic foot assessment, children feet and lower limb development, sport/work foot and leg injuries, footwear modification and education, biochemical assessment and orthotic therapy.
