All appointments are privately billed, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing outlined below. The bulk billing criteria does not apply on the weekends and the public holidays. New patients with concession card holders need to pay for the first visit.
Bulk Billing Eligibility:
- Health care card, Pensioner Concession card, Commonwealth Senior Health card, Gold DVA card, Children under 16 (not 16)
- Desensitisation, Flu and Childhood Immunisations.
- Care plan and reviews
No Out-of-Pocket Costs:
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted
